Faith
The Divinity Rule is provable. You can measure phi in a seashell. The Futura Rule is observable. You can count 8 billion people and divide.
The Divine Rule requires faith. You cannot prove that the population will follow the projected curve. You cannot prove that a design system built in 2026 will remain valid in 2084. You can only believe it — because the mathematics are sound, because the methodology is rigorous, and because the same God who embedded phi in creation also set the population of Earth in motion.
Faith is not the absence of evidence. Faith is the commitment to build for a future you cannot yet measure.
