Isabella
She was the most dangerous woman in Europe.
Isabella of France (c. 1295–1358), daughter of Philip IV of France, married Edward II of England in 1308 to strengthen ties between the two kingdoms. But Edward preferred his favorites — first Piers Gaveston, then Hugh Despenser — humiliating Isabella publicly, stripping her of lands, and taking her children.
She waited. She watched. Then she aligned with the exiled Roger Mortimer in France, raised an army, and invaded England in 1326. The invasion succeeded. Edward II was deposed and likely murdered. Isabella ruled as regent for her young son Edward III until 1330, when he seized power himself.
Known for her intelligence, beauty, and diplomatic skill, she was portrayed as a dangerous femme fatale. The truth is simpler: she was a woman who was underestimated, and she used that underestimation as a weapon.
This is a brand for women who have been underestimated. Luxury power accessories, strategic tools, and statement pieces for women who don’t ask for the room. They take it.
