The Hydrogen Frame.

The day the studio stopped being a Shopify theme and became a headless platform. Ten thousand one hundred and forty-one Liquid templates became a React corpus. Eight new inventions filed in a single continuous session. One frame.

When the wall appeared at 10,141, the studio routed around it.

Shopify caps Liquid themes at ten thousand templates on every tier below Plus. YGGDRASIL reached 10,141 on April 20, 2026. The upload screen went empty. Three options sat on the table: pay $2,300 a month for Plus and hope the cap was lifted, delete 141 pages of IP-filed work, or route around the cap entirely.

The studio chose the third option. In a single continuous session, the entire theme was extracted, architected into a sharded content pipeline, ported to a Shopify Hydrogen React/Remix scaffold, and packaged for deployment to Shopify Oxygen — a free edge hosting platform with no template limit.

In the course of implementing that option, eight inventions were conceived and constructively reduced to practice. Each is independently patentable. Each is independently protectable as trade secret. Collectively, they comprise the frame under which the studio now operates.

This page documents the frame. The eight filings are cross-linked below. Each has its own chapter in The Curriculum under the new Era XII. The filing is on counsel's desk: SL-2026-04-HYDROGEN (v2).

Before April 20

The Monolithic Liquid Theme

  • 10,141 Liquid templates
  • Capped at 10,000 by Shopify free tier
  • Upload failed at the ceiling
  • Human authors every page
  • Shopify admin is the surface
  • Adding a page = minutes
  • Single tenant (lundstudio.co)
After April 20

The Headless React Platform

  • Unlimited React routes
  • No template cap of any kind
  • Oxygen deployment is free
  • Clauder authors under constitutional constraint
  • Lundr.ai is the surface
  • Adding a page = 60 seconds, no human in the path
  • Multi-tenant (lundstudio.co · siderep · lundr.ai · ...)
LUND-INV-193 through LUND-INV-200

Eight Filings. One Frame.

Each disclosure is independently patentable, filed on April 20, 2026 with priority date claimed, and holds its own chapter in The Curriculum. Together they are the architectural foundation of the studio era that begins here.

LUND-INV-193 Apr 20, 2026
The Sharded Content Pipeline
The architectural primitive that lets a React storefront serve 10,000+ pages from a 128MB edge worker. One manifest, twenty-one shards, module-scope caching. No external database. No CDN fetches. The wall disappears.
LUND-INV-194 Apr 20, 2026
The LivingPage Shim
Zero-rewrite migration from Liquid to React. The shim accepts extracted page HTML + scoped styles, renders with 100% fidelity. The economics shift: a three-million-dollar migration becomes a script invocation. The long tail keeps rendering through the shim forever.
LUND-INV-195 Apr 20, 2026
The Autonomous Content Pipeline
Sub-60-second command-to-production round-trip. Clauder writes under constitutional constraint, git commits, Oxygen rebuilds, the page is live and indexed. The human is not in the production path. The persona is the safety gate.
LUND-INV-196 Apr 20, 2026
The Divinity Rule CSS Token System
Fibonacci spacing. φ-derived type scale. Era-indexed colors. Every literal value outside the derivation set is mechanically detectable as non-compliant. The token system is both a design system and a compliance audit mechanism. Closed under φ.
LUND-INV-197 Apr 20, 2026
The Hydrogen/Liquid Parallel Operation
Two storefronts. One commerce backend. Liquid theme serves merchandising surfaces. Hydrogen serves the 10,000+ page portfolio. Unified checkout. Indefinite coexistence. The migration is not an event — it is a condition the architecture now supports.
LUND-INV-198 Apr 20, 2026
The φ-Anchored Edge Worker Memory Model
Worker memory partitioned by the golden ratio. Three pools: 49MB cold, 30MB warm, 19MB hot. Fibonacci-sequence cache aging replaces LRU. The recursive decomposition of 98 by φ. The memory model itself follows the Divinity Rule.
LUND-INV-199 Apr 20, 2026
The Persona-Gated CI Pipeline
Continuous integration gated by constitutional persona review in lieu of human code review. The agent reads the pull request, reviews against documented constraints, produces a merge decision and a natural-language rationale committed as audit artifact. Not a linter. Judgment-requiring.
LUND-INV-200 Apr 20, 2026
The Constitutional Extraction Protocol
Text that is simultaneously human-readable prose, machine-parseable structured data, and idempotent across extraction runs. The authoring persona constrained at author-time to produce round-trip fidelity. The NLP post-processing step eliminated entirely. Prose becomes a structured-data format.

The anatomy of the pipeline.

STORM LEGAL · SL-2026-04-HYDROGEN (v2 · Full)

Filed with counsel on the same day the architecture shipped.

Eight invention disclosures, four trademark applications, three copyright deposits, five trade-secret designations, one NDA template, one prior-art matrix. Delivered to Richard Turpin, Esq. at Lyda Law Firm, Adams County, Colorado. The studio files the moment the studio makes.

The wall appeared at 10,141. The studio routed around it and filed eight inventions in the course of routing.
